Bad Oldesloe - our district town
is being first recorded in the 12.century and is with that Schleswig-Holstein's oldest town. Information about the town's and cultural history is available for the visitor at the Local Museum. The town was an important handling place for cargo and goods during the heydays of the Hanse.

He lived and worked here during the 16.century.
